Russia’s Onexim denies talks to sell Quadra, RBC

MOSCOW, Apr 25 (PRIME) -- Russian billionaire businessman Mikhail Prokhorov’s Onexim Group denied on April 24 talks to sell its power utility Quadra Power Generation and RBC media group.

“We officially deny it,” Onexim’s representative told PRIME.

Russian online newspaper Gazeta.ru earlier reported citing sources that Prokhorov was in talks to sell Quadra and RBC. The newspaper named businessman Leonid Mikhelson as a possible buyer of Quadra and Yury Kovalchuk’s National Media Group as a potential buyer of RBC.
